About the job
We seek a UX/UI Designer to join our team in Lisbon or Fundão offices – you can work from home, although we would advise you to join us in the office twice a week to meet everyone and take part in our multiple events.
The Role
As a UX/UI Designer at Latitudde, you will be building top-of-the-class digital products for our clients – your tasks range from ideation in a potential new product, to defining details on a specific small component. But for all requirements we expect you to have the end-user in mind so that we can create the best possible experience for them, no matter the product or the industry.
For this position, we are recruiting freelancers/full-time designers. You may work alone on a project but always have the guidance and support of our Head of Design at all times. We expect you to be proficient in all areas of the field – from user interviews to wireframing, designing high-fidelity mockups and prototyping.
Some of the tasks you will be faced with:
- Turning user insights into solutions
- Designing new and improved features
- Creating wireframes/mockups/prototypes (in Figma)
Our ideal candidate:
- Up-to-date knowledge of UX best practises
- Experience creating mockups (Figma)
- Strong ability to empathise with the users and understand their real needs
- Interest in the IT field and new technologies
- Graphical flair for what looks good
- Proficient skills in English both verbally and in writing
