BEPP – Management Medical System represents a comprehensive Digital Transformation Program for the Government of Mexico’s Health Care. The prevailing human-centric approach in the Mexican System prompted uncertainties and challenges such as:

  • Medicine inventory status: Addressing gaps and implementing a robust inventory management system;
  • Justified cost of professionals: Tracking the work of each professional through the platform to ascertain justified costs;
  • Correct management of prescriptions: Ensuring accurate delivery of the correct amount to patients and proper storage in pharmacies or Medical Units;
  • Time efficiency in patient care: Streamlining patient care by eliminating repetitive paperwork and creating a unique Digital patient file;
  • Individual records in each medical unit: Centralizing patient files to prevent data loss and facilitating real-time sharing among different facilities.

The platform provides insights for all levels of service attention, enabling facilities to manage their resources effectively. This ranges from small country units overseeing attendance rooms to large city center hospitals managing entire emergency facilities, rooms, beds, and surgical attendance to patients.

Despite physicians’ technological adaptability, the platform’s extensive structure of people who would use it, required the development of an online training center so everyone could use the platform as efficiently as possible. This center, customizes content delivery through user profiles, ensuring efficient adaptation and utilization to every profile needs.
