My name is Rafael, and I’m a collaborator at Latitudde since July 2021. 👨🏻💻
This is my first professional adventure – a 9 month internship!
I studied Computer Science at Universidade da Beira Interior. After, while I was doing my Master’s Degree, I decided to start my working journey.
Since Latitudde has an office in Fundão, it was perfect to conjugate both.
During my first months, I embraced different projects that allowed me to improve my technical skills alongside teamwork.
I learned about rigour, technical perfectionism and collaborative work in different teams.
⚙️ The Projects
Initially, I joined a project where the goal was to develop one of the project’s features: Leads Timeline.
Here, the intention was to create a timeline with several leads in which they were organized by priority and expiration date. The users could also see all history of leads already answered, being able to filter it by manager or lead name.
At first, was a bit complicated to understand how the project was organized and how I could add value, but as soon as I got a hold of it, with the help of the team and our Tech Lead, I got into it fast!
In this particular project, I worked with Angular technology on the Front end and .NET on the back-end.
After the conclusion of this project, I started to develop the Project Portfolio, in which the main objective was to carry out the analysis and comparison of several projects based on the introduction of inputs that made it possible to carry out this same analysis based on mathematical formulas provided.

Overall, I can say that working at Latitudde has been life-changing.
Not only on developing my skills, but it is a company for people where you can be yourself while learning with the best in the field.
